Key Features

Features & Benefits

Repeatability matters if you want years of precision. The advantage of precision ball screws becomes more apparent as the machine ages. Ball screws do a much better job maintaining accuracy and preventing gear lashing over time. Simply a better way to build a machine.

The Paladin comes equipped with 45MM bearings, making it the largest bearings in the industry. Larger bearings ensure smooth traversing, less toroidal & axial play, and much longer life. When you start looking at the details you will come to understand that all machines are NOT created equal.

The Paladin utilizes FANUC servo controllers and servo drives. FANUC controls are globally recognized for high-reliability, high precision, high-speed & simple operation. With a 52 Year mean time between failure, they lead the controls world with reliability.

The large 1.5” thick aluminum work surface (14’ x 8’) allows the operator to process an entire slab worth of countertops in one setup. The large bed reduces tables changeovers, increases spindle-on time, and maximizes machine output and performance.

The Paladin comes standard with 44 tool positions. More positions equal more profile sets on the machine and less messing around swapping out tooling. 44 Tool Positions includes five full profile sets with 7 tools in each set – along with the utility tools. There are 30 positions for tools larger than 80 millimeters and 14 positions for tools larger than 120 millimeters.
