Paul was very informative on what was best for me, he helped me from the beginning to the end, he is always available whenever I need something. Joe Mann was very helpful on getting me trained on the machine, never having used or been around this type of equipment it was overwhelming. Joe was able to transition me into the new machine very fast and kept me working on jobs all the way through, was a very smooth trasition.
