Allows slabs to be loaded in the vertical position. Includes eight locating stops per table for positioning slab. Locking pins allow stops to be quickly removed for cutting clearance. Also allows for easy access to tank for a simple clean out.
Tilt tables are available as an upgrade to the base system. The table allows an operator to load a slab vertically with a toe clamp instead of using a vacuum lifter. The system features hydraulic cylinders to move the table from the horizontal cutting position to the vertical loading point. Hard stop arms can be locked into place for loading, and then be manually retracted to provide clearance for cutting. The table includes replaceable table slats as well as replaceable rubber strips that assist in keeping the slab in place during cutting.
