The Project Manager will be the main customer point of contact for all equipment purchase projects to ensure project scope and deadlines are met including, but not limited to layouts, facility prep, shipping, installation, training, and payments. He or she will maintain continuous communication with the customer and work with internal teams to resolve any issues. He or she will select and coordinate needs with domestic and international transportation carriers to arrange shipping. The Project Manager will maintain proper documentation including plans, schedules, budgets, and expenditures. Candidate must be proficient in Excel and other Microsoft applications and be able to prepare and present at management meetings. This is a critical, fluid, multi-tasking role that works across many areas to successfully complete projects and ensure customer satisfaction is met.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:
- Associate degree or equivalent
- Experience: 2 years or more in Project Management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Travel up to 25% of time +/-
